About OKU Smile
The OKU SMILE pass is an OKU concession pass activated on the OKU Concession Card by Prasarana, providing FREE RIDES for registered Malaysian OKU individuals on all type of Prasarana-operated trains and buses starting 1 February 2024.
This initiative, officially announced on 21 December 2023 by the Transport Minister YB Anthony Loke, is in alignment with Prasarana’s corporate social responsibility agenda and is expected to benefit disabled riders in the Klang Valley, Penang, and Kuantan, Pahang.
How to Apply?
To obtain a new OKU concession card, please proceed to the Rapid KL Concession Registration Counter located at Pasar Seni Bus Hub or MRT Conlay Station.
Visit any of the Rapid Penang kiosks for those in Penang, or the Hentian Bandar Kuantan card counter for those in Rapid Kuantan.
The necessary documents for registration include:
a) Original MyKad.
b) Original JKM (OKU) card for verification.
c) A cash payment of RM5.00.
Ensure you have these documents and the required payment to facilitate a smooth application process for your new OKU concession card.

Card Activation
The OKU SMILE pass can be activated starting 15 January 2024 at the Concession Registration Counter at Pasar Seni Bus Hub or MRT Conlay Station (for new applications for the OKU Prasarana Concession Card) or at any Rapid KL LRT, MRT, Monorail, BRT Stations, and selected bus hubs, including Rapid Penang and Rapid Kuantan (for existing OKU Prasarana Concession cardholders) at the locations listed below:

- Entitlement: Malaysian with disability registered with JKM under the following categories:
- Sight
- Hearing
- Psychiatric
- Speech
- Learning Disability
- Other Physical Disabilities
- During card collection and activation, applicants are required to bring the original MyKad/Passport and Original JKM (OKU) Card (For OKU only) for verification purposes.
- This card is issued with a card price of RM 5.00, which is required upon application and is to be borne by the customer. An initial stored value of RM 5.00 will be pre-loaded by Prasarana only for OKU Prasarana Concession card applications.
- Passengers are required to maintain a minimum purse value of RM5 to use the services.
- Prasarana reserve the right to update and amend these terms and condition at any time without prior notice.
- Prasarana will notify you any changes via announcement on our website or other appropriate means.
