We understand that you may want to delete your account and associated data at some point.
Here’s how to request account deletion:
- Sign in to your account on MyRapid PULSE
- Navigate to profile tab
- Look for a link titled “Delete Account”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the deletion process.
Alternatively, you can submit a data deletion by emailing us at prasarana.malaysia@gmail.com
What data will be deleted?
Upon confirmation of your request, we will delete all data associated with your account, including:
- Account information (name, email address)
- App usage data
- Any other data you have provided through the app
Please note:
- Deleting your account may limit your ability to use certain features of the app.
- Deletion may take some time to complete due to back-up procedures.
- We may be required to retain some data for legal or regulatory purposes.
