KUALA LUMPUR, 25 August – Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd – operator of the monorail services – has set up an investigation committee in regard to an incident this morning when a 2-car monorail train was hit by a bore pile crane intruded into its elevated track.

In the incident that occurred at 12.15 am this morning, an empty 2-car train traveling from Imbi Station towards Hang Tuah Station was damaged due to an unauthorized movement of a bore pile crane of the Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) project.
